Hi, I’m RikkiLynn!
As a licensed physical therapist in New Jersey, I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the early years of motherhood, while helping babies and young children build strong foundations for movement, development, and lifelong wellness. Through home-based physical therapy services, I provide personalized care in the comfort of your family’s natural environment, making therapy convenient, meaningful, and tailored to your unique needs.
As a lifelong long-distance runner and yoga teacher, I bring a deep appreciation for movement, biomechanics, and the body’s remarkable ability to adapt, heal, and grow. This perspective allows me to provide care that empowers mothers, babies, and children to move with confidence through every stage of life.
My areas of focus include pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pediatric development, pelvic health, and lymphedema care and management. My approach combines evidence-based treatment, compassionate care, and meaningful patient education. I believe that when families feel informed, supported, and empowered, both moms and children are better equipped to navigate each stage of life with confidence and resilience.
