For Pediatric Related Services:

Initial In-Person Assessment (60-Minutes): $150

This one-on-one, in-person evaluation begins with a comprehensive review of your child’s medical history, followed by a detailed physical assessment of posture, range of motion, strength, movement patterns, and gross motor skills. Treatment is guided by principles of Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), a neurorehabilitative approach designed to promote motor development by encouraging the brain and body to work together more efficiently.

DMI utilizes targeted exercises to challenge postural control, balance reactions, gravity awareness, primitive reflex integration, and the development of age-appropriate gross motor milestones. By providing the nervous system with meaningful movement experiences, this approach aims to support new neural connections and help your child reach their fullest movement potential.

The information gathered during this evaluation allows for a thorough understanding of your child’s strengths, challenges, and developmental needs, and serves as the foundation for creating a personalized plan of care tailored to your family’s goals. Time is also dedicated to parent education, answering questions, and providing an individualized home exercise program so you can confidently support your child’s progress between sessions.

Follow Up (60-Minutes): $125

Please note: An initial evaluation must be completed prior to scheduling follow-up treatment sessions.

During this one-on-one treatment session, your child will participate in a personalized program consisting of approximately 8–10 therapeutic activities and exercises designed to support their individual developmental goals. Caregivers will be taught select exercises and handling techniques to continue practicing at home between visits, helping to maximize progress and carryover. The plan of care will be reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed through ongoing collaboration between the physical therapist and family to ensure treatment remains aligned with your child’s evolving needs and goals.
